Thank you very much, Lorenz! Unfortunately, Latvian archives and Deutsche Dienststelle (WASt) doesn't have any information about early Latvian police units. From WASt I received only info about my grandfather service in Kriegsmarine from 02.1944. to 11.1944. No one word about his service before 1944...
