Re: 36 Me-262 vs 1,000 Allied bombers & 800 fighters April 1945

April 10th was a slaughter of the jets written in many accounts but there was some general chaos in the...

Re: Me 163 night fighters: inquiry

the report is of mistaken ID, there were NO Me 163 NF's, even the reports of Me 262's flying at night in the fall of 44 are incorrect as the first op run was in December of 44 by only 1 262.

Re: What do YOU do to stay in shape?

cycle long distances when I am not writing books or working in the trees, long distances I mean 50 miles upwards of 125 plus when time permits. As Frank said get one it may save your butt physically as well as your pocket book during lean times which are coming soon.

Re: JU-88 as a Nightfighter

am not sure if this has really been covered or if it intends to be......... the He 219A version was two man with a possibility of a locked down position for a third member as a prototype in experimental form. limited source for any updated radar sets, Naxos, Flensburg. Re: JU-88 as a Nightfighter

hey Andy no the Ju 88G-6 title is not published yet, am thinking about including some colour in the book - some photos of digs over the years possibly and profiles as well, plus if not to make it too massive, camo patterns done up in colour, and there will be many. thanks for your interest ............

Re: JU-88 as a Nightfighter

well again persistent rumor as there was never a G-4. I've talked with enough vets flying the crates and German reseachers over many years. It is simple really to thier findings: G-1 with BMW's, G-6 with Jumo's, nothing inbetween as to variants. the Schragwaffen actually came out with the C's and R'...
