Hi Steen!
Kurt Freiherr von Hammerstein-Equordt (I have missed the last "t" in my database icon_redface.gif )
You didn´t miss it. The last "t" is not correct spelling. The name is Freiherr von Hammerstein-Equord.

Hi! May I suggest to add Roßlau in Wehrkreis III. Roßlau was also called "Pionierübungsplatz" but apart from it´s designation I don´t think there was a further major difference. Tricky is Tr. Üb. Pl. Neuhammer. There are two locations in Silesia called Neuhammer. The Tr. Üb. Pl. was theref...

I think the other positions were held by:

Ia: Obstlt. i. G. Blümke
Kdr. IR 67: Obstlt. von Schellwitz (replaced Obst. Macholz)
Kdr. IR 68: Obst. Brabänder

Hi everybody!
* Generaloberst Eduard Dietl, (1 May 1938 - 14 June 1940) GER
Althought it doesn´t change the results of the research the 1st Cdr. of the division IMHO was the Bavarian Generalmajor

August Nißl (04.01.1890-22.04.1938),

who died on 22.04.1938.
